Positive: The Villa was very spacious, clean, the pool was clean. Kitchens well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Derek was a fabulous host and always quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed 🩷

Positive: The villa is fantastic. The size exceeded the expectations. The whole atmosphere here is made for relax. Very comfortable rooms with their own bathrooms. 2 kitchens with all the equipment. Very nice dining areas. Swimming pool with sunbeds and marvelous view. Taxi is always available to take you to the nearest beach or cafe (5 min). The only minus for us was cleanliness. Really there was a lot of dust especially under the beds. So it was evident that no cleaning was made before our arrival. In all other domestic or general questions Derek was very-very helpful and friendly. We liked our stay here very much!

Positive: The size of the villa was excellent, 3 floors, and outside a large dining area with a table that sat 10 in a covered/shaded area large swimming pool and childrens pool, washing machine was a bonus, all in all a great place for a family

Negative: Pool was cloudy on the penultimate stay of our holiday and whilst the owner acted to deal with it as sooon as we contacted him it took a while for the pool man to attend and even then it di not resolve the issue. Some minor internal maintenance issues as well.

Summary: 1 would recommend the villa to anyone.

Positive: Beautiful large villa. Very comfortable. Lovely pool and garden. Nice quiet area by the mountain.

Negative: We couldn't use the upstairs shower as it flooded the floor and left it very slippy. We had a few issues with the electricity and water going off. Which Derek did his best to fix promptly.

Negative: wet room, top floor shower literally soaked the entire floor and made it really slippery.
